But What Really Is Self-Mastery?

Well, what is often understood by Self-mastery can also be referred to as “self-control”, your ability to exercise strong will against your impulses and emotions, instead of been controlled by them, because most people are controlled by them.

As Carl Jung will put it, “Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart.” Never forget that the real power lies within you; this is very important.
