For too long, the Diaspora narrative has been shaped by outside voices. Diaspora Memorial changes that. This is a professional journey designed to transform women and young creators within the Diaspora into authoritative voices and creative entrepreneurs.
Launching officially at the Diaspora Reunion in Verona (May 8–10, 2026), this initiative provides the training, platform, and global stage to ensure your story becomes a vehicle for narrative sovereignty and economic empowerment.
Your Journey from Creator to Leader
The Diaspora Memorial is a structured, three-phase ecosystem that mentors you from a student to a professional storyteller.

1. The Storyteller’s Toolkit: Professional Mastery
Your journey begins with an intensive virtual training program hosted by AClasses Academy.
- The Curriculum: Master the practical skills of modern media—smartphone filmmaking, high-fidelity podcasting, and the art of the strategic interview.
- The Goal: Gain the technical mastery to produce a high-quality project that meets international standards.

2. The Storytelling Challenge: Heritage in Action
Put your new skills to the test by creating an original story (Written, Audio, or Video).
The Focus: Document a narrative of heritage, resilience, or future vision inspired by our global archives.
- The Platform: All submissions will be showcased on AClasses.org, and you will compete for the prestigious Diaspora Memorial Scholarship.

3. The Leadership Program: Shaping the Global Narrative
The journey culminates in professional leadership. Top finalists are invited to become paid Ambassadors.
- The Role: You will receive advanced training and a global platform to mentor the next generation, solidifying your place as a leader in the AClasses ecosystem.
The 2026 Focus: The Verona–Lagos Bridge
This year marks the beginning of a new era for Diaspora storytelling, centered on our collective strength and narrative independence.
- The Mission: To reclaim our stories and build sustainable pathways for economic and creative empowerment.
- The Global Launch: Registration officially opens live at the Diaspora Reunion in Verona (May 8–10, 2026).
- Who Can Apply: Women and young creators (Aged 15–21) of the African Diaspora.
