Welcome to AClasses, a Sovereign Learning Institution. We bridge the gap between historical heritage and future leadership by helping established professionals codify their genius into permanent infrastructure.

By accessing our services, you enter into a binding Institutional Compact. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our ecosystem.

1. Institutional Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the entire AClasses digital ecosystem, including all research, diagnostic, and educational platforms:

  • The Company: Refers to AClasses, based in Italy.
  • Sovereign Assets: Refers to codified logic, frameworks, and proprietary systems developed through our methodology.
  • Forensic Tools: Refers to the Sovereign Legacy Audit and the Sovereign Oracle intelligence engine.
  • The Registry: The proprietary archive of forensic research and Diaspora narratives used to power our services.

3. Acknowledgment & Data Consent

By accessing our Services, you agree to move from Digital Tenancy to Legacy Ownership. Your use of our Forensic Tools and Academy content is conditioned on your acceptance of this Compact and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

In compliance with GDPR, we do not permit individuals under the age of 18 to access these Institutional assets or submit personal logic DNA to our platforms.

4. Rules of Engagement

For the Learner (The Seeker):

  • Personal Use: All course materials and Oracle insights are for your individual legacy development.
  • Prohibition of Extraction: You may not scrape, redistribute, or replicate the proprietary logic found within the AClasses Academy or the Sovereign Oracle.

For the Instructor (The Architect):

  • Institutional Registry: Materials developed specifically for AClasses Academy become part of our Sovereign Registry to ensure the permanent availability of wisdom for future generations.
  • Sovereignty of Logic: You grant AClasses the right to host and preserve this codified genius as a permanent Institutional Asset.

5. Intellectual Property & The Story to Asset™ Framework

The Story to Asset™ Framework, the Sovereign Legacy Audit, and the Master Registry are the exclusive intellectual property of AClasses. Use of our platforms grants you a license to build your legacy, not a right to replicate or sell our institutional systems.

6. Forensic Limitation & “As Is” Disclaimer

The Sovereign Oracle and Audit are powered by 14 years of forensic research. However, these are diagnostic tools. AClasses provides the infrastructure for legacy building, but the Implementation remains the responsibility of the user. The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AClasses’ total liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from your business decisions or the use of our intelligence tools.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach this Compact or attempt to undermine the integrity of the Sovereign Registry.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. In accordance with EU consumer protection standards, any disputes shall first be addressed through informal resolution by contacting our Institutional Registry. You also reserve the right to seek resolution through the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
