I want to explore each of their talks so you can get more out of them and see how you can replicate it in your business:

Denise Francis – Founder & CEO of The Self Love Organization INC.

Denise Francis harnessed the power of TED Talks to elevate her mission of healing and empowering Black women through self-love and mental health awareness. In her impactful TEDx Talk, she addresses the profound relationship between Black women, self-love, and the often-overlooked mental health challenges stemming from the “Strong Black Woman” trope.

By tackling trans-generational trauma, Denise aims to break the cycle of self-silencing behaviors that have historically marginalized the voices and experiences of Black women.

Her work through The Self Love Organization INC is centered on creating a supportive community where Black women can embrace their self-love journeys and reclaim their narratives.

Saamra Mekuria-Grillo’s TED Talk
