Grace is a military veteran and career civil servant. She holds a B.S. in Management Studies and a Masters of Business Administration.

Apart from being a Senior Manager and Organizational Consultant, Grace also supports growth and development across several non-profit foundations and humanitarian platforms.

She has held positions in Administrative Management and Financial Analysis at various levels of government. She has directly managed teams that created management and leadership competencies, organization assessment tools, and various diversity curricula. As a master certified lean six sigma black belt trainer and coach, she is known for her straightforward approach and unique style of design, coaching, and facilitation.

Grace is a military veteran and career civil servant. She holds a B.S. in Management Studies and a Masters of Business Administration, MBA. She is passionate about missions dedicated to serving the needs of military and veteran families and she is a mentor and an active volunteer with different organizations.

Grace’s proudest and most important role is that of a Mother, and she is vastly invested in programs supporting learning initiatives for children.

Her love for children and the importance of securing their educational future led to the creation of her non-profit organization called “The JAE initiative”, a mission dedicated solely to funding education resources and bridging the learning gaps for children most in need.

She is an avid Activist, Humanitarian and a delegate on a few UN missions in support of Human Rights and Gender/Equality initiatives.
