Austin Isikhuemen

Mr. Augustine Odia Isikhuemen is a Nigerian and hails from Amedokhian, Uromi, Edo State of Nigeria.

He is Chairman/CEO of Stynobiz International Limited and currently doubles as part of the management team of Trans-world Security Systems Limited, bringing along a lot of management and multifaceted industry role experiences.

Mr. Isikhuemen is a graduate of the University of Benin, where he had B.Sc. Biochemistry, PGD Computer Science, and MBA. He also trained in the Institute and Guild of Brewing of London, where he obtained the Diploma Brewer and Master Brewer qualifications.

He also attended the renowned London Business School.  He had a nineteen-year career in Guinness Nigeria (a Diageo Company) where he played several roles as follows:

Manufacturing Lead (SAP), Supply Process Improvement Manager, Packaging Manager, Production Manager, Production Services Manager, Training & Technical Development Manager, Master Brewer etc. 

During these Guinness job roles, Mr. Isikhuemen trained in several countries in Africa and Europe such as Kenya, Cameroun, Ghana, South Africa, Spain, the UK, and Ireland.

He also had a year of experience in Nigeria Security Printing and Minting PLC managing the printing of banknotes and high-end critical projects.

This experience also included training in the Netherlands, Switzerland, Morocco, and Egypt, and several technical seminars, workshops, and conferences in Germany, Hungary, Italy, Zimbabwe, South Africa, and several others. 

His experiences in these two companies include management of complex processes with high engineering, safety, human capital, security components, and loss prevention using state-of-the-art security and safety systems.

A tenacious and goal-driven individual with excellent ICT, Interpersonal Skills, and Change Management experience, Mr. Isikhuemen loves developing people through training and high-performance coaching.

A great team player who loves great adventure and new experiences, he loves reading, technology, writing, and swimming.

He is happily married with lovely children.
