A Transpersonal Therapist with over 10 years practice experience with speciality in Transpersonal Mental health interventions. A professional coaching psychologist with an MSc in coaching psychology from the University of East London.
Prof. Oluwafemi Esan – Exposing the Dangers of Leading with a Colonial Slave Mentality
Prof. Esan will delve into the pervasive impacts of colonial-era mindsets in contemporary leadership, highlighting how these attitudes undermine progress and contribute to current governance issues.
About the speaker
In addition, he obtained a Master of Education, MEd, from Canterbury Christ Church University. A professor of transpersonal psychology with 12 years of research experience in the field of Transpersonal psychology.

A certified Transpersonal Mental Health Therapist and Consultant in Transpersonal Psychology. A consultant in teacher training and development. He has trained over 400 trainees’ teachers in the UK in the last five years.

Dr. Ikechi Agbugba – Ongoing Protests in Africa’s Giant: Is Food Insecurity Really the Catalyst?
Dr. Agbugba will analyze the ongoing food insecurity crisis in Nigeria, discussing how rising food prices and shortages are at the heart of the protest issues and their broader implications for the nation.
Dr Ikechi is affiliated with the following institutions – Rivers State University (Port Harcourt City, Nigeria), Rome Business School, York St John Uni, Tennessee State Uni, Uni of Birmingham, Uni of Fort Hare, Lovely Professional Uni, Uni of KwaZulu Natal, Uni of Limpopo, to mention a few.
He is endowed with intense experience in developing project proposals which has been delivered in South African communities and has also been part of the EU Horizon Funding, NUFFIC, ARC and WRC among other opportunities aligning with the SDGs agenda of the United Nations.
Dr Ikechi has twice consulted for the United Nations under the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) Connecting Diaspora for Development Project focused on train-the-trainers programme spearheaded by the Hague Office in the Netherlands.
He successfully delivered his assignments at the Food Crop Production Technology Transfer Station; and a Horticulture Research Institute (NIHORT), both in Nigeria.
