We arrived at AGM’s headquarters around 10:00 AM, greeted warmly by General Manager Ugo Padovan and his colleague, Stefano Dalmonte. After a pleasant coffee break, Ugo shared valuable insights into the company’s sustainability efforts and how they strive to maintain a positive and stimulating work environment for all staff members.

Obehi Ewanfoh, the director of WeDiasporan, had the privilege of being the first to present the project. WeDiasporan is a socio-cultural organization dedicated to reconnecting people of African descent with their rich cultural heritage, while fostering meaningful partnerships in today’s globalized world.
Obehi explained that the organization’s mission is driven by a deep commitment to preserving and celebrating the stories, traditions, and contributions of the African diaspora.
