Professor Oluwafemi Esan focuses on a non-religious concept of spirituality, emphasizing Transpersonal Psychology with Psychosynthesis Coaching.

His work centers on the development of the Transpersonal self through spiritual coaching, and organizing seminars, and workshops on Transpersonal awareness.

At the doctoral level, Professor Esan’s research revolves around the application of Transpersonal coaching psychology in education.

He also delves into theories of coaching psychology in leadership, teaching, and learning.

Additionally, he serves as a teacher trainer and development coach, along with being a consultant in coaching pedagogy in higher education. As a Transpersonal Therapist, he brings a holistic approach to his practice.

Professor Oluwafemi Esan holds the distinction of being the founder of El-ROI London University, the first Black privately-owned American University in London.

In 2022, he made history as the first Nigerian British Citizen appointed by His Royal Majesty King Paki Silva of The Sovereign Kingdom of Hawaii as the Ambassador for London and the European Union.
