I am a Public Private Partnerships (PPP) expert and Project Finance structuring expert as well as an expert in financial modeling, Project management, and Project Risk Analysis.
An expert in feasibility studies, contract negotiations, and contract monitoring. I have wide experience in the Power sector, Transport sector, ICT, Water, Real Estate, and financial sector through working on different projects as a government advisor in Public Private Partnerships.
Am also a Personal Finance Management expert with vast experience in personal advisory in areas of mindset change, visionary financial life, saving strategies, financial investment products, capital market investments, debt management strategies, wealth creation, retirement planning, retrenchment survival skills, and estate inherence preparation.
I provide numerous trainings through physical classroom workshops as well formal mass media channels, mobile telephone messages as well as social media to give personal finance tips and lectures.
Some of the clients I have trained on Personal Finance include NedBank, My bucks, NBS Bank, Ethanol, Umodzi, CDH, FMB, FDH, Egenco, Airtel, MRA just to mention but a few. I have previously provided Debt management strategies training in Ghana at a Wealth Masters conference.
I am an Executive Coach for senior and middle managers’ management skills and personal career growth and currently, I run an online coaching and mentorship program for a group of professionals from several countries including Malawi, South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, Switzerland, Zambia, Nigeria, and Uganda.
I am also an entrepreneur – a founder of a Consulting and Training company Sycamore Consult Limited and also a Micro Finance company called Sycamore Credit Limited a microfinance company I founded in 2018.
